Cytotechnologist

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* 1 year of experience required
* ASCP-CT certification required
* Epic charting system experience required
* Teaching hospital, community hospital, and LTAC experience preferred
* Required to assist with on-site procedures and specimen labeling/identification
* Experience required with Thin Prep, Ascitic Fluid, Esophageal, Gastric, Spinal, Bronchial, Urine, Fine Needle Aspirations, and PAP
* Must maintain current annual Pap proficiency testing (Pap PT) through a CMS-approved program and provide documentation of passing/compliant status before assignment
* Candidates may float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby
