Opportunity:

RN - ACU/CCU

Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers not eligible - must have completed at least 1 prior travel assignment
* Shift times: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (nights) and 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM (days)
* Every other weekend rotation required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Patient ratio typically 2:1, sometimes 1:1 depending on patient acuity
* Care for neuro/spine patients, patients on pressors, and BiPAP patients requiring consistent high FiO2 who may require transition to ICU level of care
* Required skills include chest tubes, wound vacs, dressing changes, monitoring femoral arterial sheaths, DKA management, BiPAP, high flow oxygen, post-TCAR, femoral endarterectomy, and arterial line management
* Impella and/or IABP experience preferred; competency must be proven on assignment if applicable
* Float to ICU level or below throughout the hospital as needed
* EMR: EPIC preferred
* Scrub color: Any color, professional attire required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
