Opportunity:

CONTRACT - PHARMACIST - PHARMACY (712) - MON-FRI 2:00P-10:00P

Job Details:

* Evening shift hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
* Monday through Friday schedule, 5 days per week
* 13-week contract assignment
* Hospital experience required
* Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively utilize available resources
* Familiarity with Meditech and inpatient clinical monitoring systems including DoseEdge and Vigilenz preferred
* Experience with renal dosing policy and therapeutic interchange policy preferred
* Procedures performed on unit include CABG, TAVR, LVAD, ECMO, Impella, and pacemakers

Facility:

This facility is a dedicated heart hospital operating a 72-bed unit with a team of full-time and part-time pharmacists covering morning, mid, and evening shifts as well as overnight coverage. The facility utilizes Meditech as its electronic medical record system along with inpatient clinical monitoring systems including DoseEdge and Vigilenz. The unit specializes in advanced cardiac procedures and maintains established renal dosing and therapeutic interchange policies to support high-quality patient care.
