Job Details:

* Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients as a member of the interdisciplinary team
* May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
* EMR system: EPIC - Epic experience required
* Treat patients across multiple care settings including ED, inpatient, outpatient, OR, and pain clinic
* Operate equipment including CT, X-ray, Fluoroscopy, and C-arm
* Billable overtime: 36-40 hours per week with overtime billable after 40 hours, or 48 hours per week with overtime billable after 48 hours
* Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day
* No on-call responsibilities
* No required weekend shifts
* Minimum 2 years of previous experience required
* At least 1 completed travel contract required
* Must not have been an employee of the facility within the last 12 months
* Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver's license
* Required documents: driver's license, work history/resume, skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date, license verification, copy of required certifications, and 1 supervisory reference at time of submission
