RN - Hospice

Job Details:

* Full-time role with an on-call requirement of 2 shifts per month
* Orientation process consists of 3 days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM before transitioning to night shift
* Provide compassionate end-of-life care for patients who can no longer remain at home but prefer not to be hospitalized
* Deliver intensive medical care in a home-like inpatient setting
* Educate and support caregivers in caring for their family members
* Apply generalist knowledge across all diseases with a specialization in symptom management
* Utilize strong assessment and critical thinking skills
* Provide comprehensive physical, emotional, social, and spiritual support to patients and families
* Help patients identify their personal goals of care
* Strong clinical skills required
