Opportunity:

RN - Tele/Med Surg

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM (3x12s)
* Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week
* 13-week contract assignment
* Every other weekend and holiday required
* No on-call requirements
* Float pool position requiring ability to float to other units
* Minimum 2+ years of Telemetry/Med Surg experience required
* Previous travel experience required
* Cardiac experience required
* Patient ratio averages 1:7
* EMR: EPIC experience required
* Scrub color: Navy Blue per dress code policy
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA only), NIH, and VA State License or Compact
* No block scheduling accommodated
* Up to 3 days pre-approved time off available, excluding holidays
* One holiday off may be requested, with no more than two days for holiday RTO considered

This facility is a 495-bed acute care hospital designated as a Level II Trauma Center, with at least 30 beds per unit. The facility has earned an "A" grade in Patient Safety for nine consecutive years, reflecting its commitment to excellence in patient care. The organization utilizes EPIC as its electronic medical records system and maintains high standards for clinical staff across its float pool and specialized units.
