* Work under the supervision of charge nurse and Team Manager
* Administer nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans
* Follow Nurse Aide Guidelines for patient care
* Support facility mission and nursing philosophy
* Must reside more than 250 miles from facility if applying as in-state traveler
* Provide direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities
* Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and status
* Collaborate with nursing team to ensure quality patient outcomes
