RN - ENDO

Job Details:

* Day shift position working 40 hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
* On-call hours Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 7:00 AM (15.5 hours)
* Weekend coverage Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM (24 hours)
* 10 to 12 shifts per month required
* Must be able to scrub and circulate ENDO procedures including EGD, Colonoscopy, and ERCP
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care
* Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
* Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans to attain patient outcomes
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver safe and effective care
* Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
* Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members appropriately
* Minimum two years of recent experience in field required
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Acute care facility experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS (from approved vendor per AH policy) and AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
