Job Details:

* Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
* Every other weekend and holiday required
* No on-call or call back responsibilities
* Post-acute care setting serving elderly patients with multiple diagnoses
* Current census of 42 patients
* Patient ratios vary; days are 1:21 with a maximum of 1:42
* Both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
* Charting system: Point Click Care (PCC)
* Orientation includes 1 day of location-specific orientation followed by up to 3 days on the floor with staff
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
* BSN not required
* Valid LPN license required for submission
