RN - LTC

Job Details:

* Every other weekend schedule required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Minimum 2 years of long-term care experience required
* Work under direct supervision and/or direction of department manager/director, charge nurse, or staff nurse/team leader
* Assist staff nurses in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established methods and procedures
* Provide superior performance by consistently contributing to the patient and family experience
* Recognize and demonstrate understanding of patient and family centered care
* Must maintain strict attendance policy - 3 strikes for absences or being more than 20 minutes late results in immediate termination
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
* Michigan nursing license required
* MI LTC Fingerprinting is a selling point if already obtained
