Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist Acute Care

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2472.60

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule with shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* No first-time travelers accepted
* Local candidates accepted
* Float required
* Weekend coverage required on an as-needed basis with 6 weekend shifts per contract
* Treat adolescent and adult patient populations
* Daily census of 80 patients with up to 85 rooms
* Required certifications: ACLS and BLS must be in-hand when applying
* Epic charting system experience preferred and must be noted in work history
* Community hospital experience required
* Required skills include: Acute Care, Assessment, Bed Alarms, Call Lights, Crutches, Evaluation, Gait Belt, Hoyer Lift, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Shoulder Slings, Sit to Stand Lift, Sliding Boards, Standard Walker, and Wheelchair Assessment
* Lift team interdisciplinary support available
* Two supervisor references required when applying
* Maximum 7 days of requested time off per 13-week contract preferred; no time off requests within first two weeks of assignment
