Open Position: RN - Case Management

Opportunity:

RN - Ambulatory Oncology / Breast Care

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule
* Work in an ambulatory clinic setting on the 2nd floor of the clinic building
* See approximately 12 patients per day
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Primary patient diagnoses include breast cancer screening and breast nodule/mass
* Majority of work involves preoperative patients being coordinated to OR procedures and care coordination
* Perform simple dressing changes and occasional blood draws
* Special procedures include breast biopsy and fine needle procedures
* Interdisciplinary support available including interpretation services, phlebotomy, and radiology
* Strong care coordination and data abstraction skills required
* BSN required
* BLS certification required
* Epic charting system experience required and must be noted in work history
* Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
* Two supervisor references required when applying
* Valid California state license required in-hand when applying
* No RTO within the first two weeks of assignment; maximum 7 days RTO per 13-week contract preferred
