LVN - Outpatient Clinic

Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinic experience required
* Active California LVN license required at time of submission temporary licenses not accepted
* Valid California IV certification required at time of submission
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA or American Red Cross only), IV Certified, Blood Draw Certified
* Epic EMR experience required
* Floating required traveler must be flexible
* No weekend shifts required
* No on-call required
* No scheduling requests can be accommodated
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
* Skills include but are not limited to: phlebotomy, IV placement and maintenance, telephone triage, wound care, medication reconciliation, vaccine administration, 12-lead EKG/ECG, vital sign monitoring, blood glucose monitoring, and outpatient clinic procedures
