RN - PCU

Job Details:

* Work in a Progressive Care Unit with a 4:1 patient ratio
* 16-bed unit with a collaborative team environment
* Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 PCTs
* Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 PCTs
* No on-call requirement
* Floating requirement to other PCUs and telemetry units
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
* Must have overall PCU experience to be considered for the role
* Work with collaborative equipment and Meditech EMR system
* Unit is located on Floor 4EW, Building E

The unit operates with an experienced team of nurses and patient care technicians across both day and night shifts, maintaining a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork. The facility utilizes the Meditech electronic medical records system and is committed to providing modern, patient-centered care.
