Clinical Lab Scientist

Job Details:

* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in specialty required
* Previous blood bank work experience in a clinical laboratory required
* California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license required - must be in hand, no EMSA
* Required certifications: ASCP, ASCP MT
* Charting system experience required - Paragon (training provided)
* Required skills include geographical considerations for bacteria identification, hospital clinical laboratory, mycobacteria culture, ova and parasite concentration, and ova and parasite identification
* Floating may be required in rotation with staff and in accordance with facility floating policies
* Must complete Assaultive Behavior and Fire Card courses onsite within 30 days of start date
* DUI background hits will not be accepted
* Local travelers accepted
