Job Details:

* Strong orthopedic background required
* 48-hour guarantee available
* Work on a 26-bed Ortho/Spine unit specializing in knee and hip replacements and multi-level spine surgeries
* Patient ratio of 6:1
* Unit staffing includes unit secretaries, PCTs, and navigators
* Work with equipment including coolers, walkers, SCDs, and CPMs
* Documentation system: Meditech
* 4 weekend shifts required per schedule
* Floating policy: rotation
* Patient experience requirement: 72%
* Must demonstrate compassion and teamwork
* Dress code: Navy scrubs required
