Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Unit: CC4 Telemetry
* Patient ratios of 1:5 on days; nights vary between units (estimated and never guaranteed)
* Float to all inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units
* Minimum 1 year of current Telemetry hospital experience required
* Strong Telemetry experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
* Chemo Certification is a nice-to-have and may allow scheduling on the Oncology unit
* EMR system: Meditech/CPN
* Work with various types of equipment
* Care for a large cardiac population across 2 Telemetry floors and a PCU floor
* Perform varied procedures across units including care for patients with both acute and chronic medical conditions
* Must demonstrate flexibility, willingness to float, and strong teamwork and compassion

Facility:

This facility is a 345-bed, 3-time Magnet Designated hospital offering a collaborative and family-oriented work environment where staff work together across units. The facility operates a robust float pool of approximately 80 staff members and supports both day and night shift RNs and CNAs across most units. The organization provides a great learning opportunity for clinicians looking to expand their experience caring for patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
