Job Details:

* Work 8-hour evening shifts from 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM
* Every other weekend required
* Every other holiday required
* No on-call or call back available
* Patient ratios: Days 1:11; Evenings 1:11-16; Nights 1:16
* Charting system: Point Click Care (PCC)
* Work with patients across all diagnoses in a post-acute care setting
* Orientation pathway completed with facility staff
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
* BSN not required
* Valid nursing license required for submission

This post-acute care facility operates with 128 beds and provides comprehensive care for patients across all diagnoses. The facility utilizes Point Click Care (PCC) as its electronic medical records system and maintains structured patient-to-staff ratios to support quality care delivery. The organization is committed to thorough staff orientation and maintaining consistent care standards across its operations.
