AN - Case Management

Job Details:

* 12-hour evening shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM
* Every other week, one additional 8-hour shift from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM is required, including 4 hours of overtime
* Minimum 2 years of case management experience required
* Acute care experience required
* Active RN license required with Nursys verification on profile
* BLS certification required
* Degree accreditation must be on profile or minimum 5 years of experience required
* Floating to sister campuses required as needed - travelers are first to float
* Expected to function as core staff
* All requested time off must be noted at time of submission
* Full demographic information required at time of submission including address, email, full date of birth, full Social Security number, and RN license number
