RN - Telemetry

Job Details:

* Work 12.5-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Weekend coverage required
* Float required
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* First-time travelers welcome
* Local candidates accepted
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
* EPIC experience required and must be noted in work history
* Valid California state license required in-hand when applying (EMSA not accepted)
* Two supervisor references required when applying
* All required certifications must be in-hand when applying
* No requested time off within the first two weeks of assignment
* Maximum 7 days of requested time off per 13-week contract highly preferred
* Required skills include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, use of rapid response/code teams, blood product administration, central line care and management, peripheral line care and management, managing cardiac drips without titration, nasal cannula and oxygen administration, non-invasive airway management, isolation precautions and PPE, telemetry, and PCU/DOU/IMC/stepdown experience
* Charting system experience required; any charting system accepted
* Manager may or may not conduct an interview; traveler must be comfortable with this
