Open Position: RN - Case Management

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2779.00

Opportunity:

RN - Case Manager

Job Details:

* Float between two locations approximately 30 minutes apart
* Variable scheduling - split between both facilities throughout the week on a rotating basis
* Weekend coverage required, including every other weekend
* Patient ratios of 15 patients per day shift
* Daily census of 30-35 patients
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Travel experience required
* Epic charting system experience required - hard stop requirement
* Acute care hospital experience as a Case Manager required - hard stop requirement
* Interqual Criteria experience required - hard stop requirement
* Compact nursing license must be in hand at time of submission
* All requested time off must be submitted upfront at time of submittal
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, social services, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary
* Skills required include acute hospital care, admission criteria, care coordination, discharge planning, emergency department experience, HIPAA guidelines, ICU, MS, and Interqual Criteria
