Job Details:

* Thursday/Friday night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM and Saturday/Sunday night shifts from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM
* Overnight shift schedule covering both inpatient and outpatient settings including an urgent care center
* GE experience is required - this is a non-negotiable requirement
* Must be IV certified or IV competent as IV insertion is required
* Perform CT procedures including occasional CTA (no coronal CTA)
* Ability to perform calcium scoring on a GE scanner is a strong plus
* Work with a brand new GE dual energy scanner as well as GE VCT and Evo/Evolution equipment
* Must be able to work independently as you may occasionally be alone
* Operate and maintain CT scanner including warm-up procedures, QA, pressure injector, PACS units, and Meditech
* Adjust and manipulate images to required specifications including windowing, contrast, algorithm, and reformatted images
* Knowledge of scanners, Med Rad injector, PACS, VRC, and Powerscribe required
* Report wet reading findings to physicians, emergency department, and nursing units
* Perform clerical and administrative duties as necessary to maintain workflow and quality expectations
* Stock and maintain clean and functional work areas
* 3-5 years of experience required
* Massachusetts license and ARRT (CT) certification required
* Must be a graduate of an AMA approved educational program in Radiological Technology
* Required certifications: ARRT (CT), BLS
* Charting system: MEDITECH

This acute care facility operates as a Level 2 Trauma Center serving both inpatient and outpatient populations, including an on-site urgent care center. The facility maintains a single active inpatient floor and utilizes state-of-the-art imaging technology, including a brand new dual energy CT scanner, to provide quality diagnostic services. The department emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality patient care across a range of CT imaging procedures.
