Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule with shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
* Minimum of two (2) years of medical office experience required
* Minimum of one (1) year of EMR experience required
* Epic charting experience required (hard-stop requirement)
* Travel experience required
* Thorough understanding of insurances including medical policies and authorization process preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, CMA, NCCT, RMA
* Patient population: Adults in outpatient clinic setting
* Skills required include: authorization forms, chart preparation, follow-up phone calls, height/weight measurements, insurance verification, obtaining vital signs, ordering supplies, pharmacy calls and patient refill requests, pulse oximetry, recording history/medications/allergies, rooming patients, scheduling appointments, stocking supplies, surgery support, and telephone triage
* Travelers may be required to float within the facility or to nearby affiliated facilities
