Job Details:

* Day shift, three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
* Minimum 12 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS, must be active and in hand
* Must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start
* One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is preferred (Charge RN references accepted)
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both is required with a maximum of two attempts to pass
* Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked
