RN - Cardiac/Telemetry

Job Details:

* Night shift position working 36 hours per week
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
* Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment
* Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans to attain patient outcomes
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective care delivery
* Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
* Provide health education to patients, families, and treatment team members
* Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members appropriately
* EPIC experience required
* Minimum two years of recent experience in field required
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Acute care facility experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS (from approved vendor per AH policy), AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice required
* Holiday RTO will not be approved
