Opportunity:

PCU/Stepdown RN

Job Details:

* PCU/Stepdown unit position requiring cardiac drip experience including titration and management
* Every other weekend required
* No on-call required
* No block schedules required
* Expected patient ratios of 1:4-5
* 48-hour shifts approved
* Position may float between units; travelers are first to float to Telemetry or Med/Surg floors when overstaffed
* May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
* At least 1 year of experience required
* Compact license must be in hand at submission
* Candidates may choose one holiday (Thanksgiving or Christmas) but cannot have both
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day
* 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
* Charting system: Epic
* Scrub color: Any color for RNs
* No parking fee
