Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist Acute Care

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2529.60

Opportunity:

RN - Progressive Care Unit / Medical Unit

Job Details:

* 5x8 hour day shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* Tuesday through Saturday schedule
* Work with patient populations in Progressive Care Unit or Medical Unit
* Treat patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* At least 6 months of acute care experience within the last couple of years required
* Orthopedic experience preferred
* Travel experience required
* Epic EMR experience required
* EKG exam required - all RNs must pass compliance EKG exam with up to 2 attempts allowed
* Travelers may be floated to other campus locations as needed
* No local candidates within a 50-mile radius
* Active NC state license must be in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: BLS
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Trauma Level II experience preferred
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy

Facility:

This healthcare facility is a large hospital system with 400 beds and a daily census of approximately 200 patients, handling around 135 visits per day. The facility offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support services including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretarial support. The organization operates multiple campus locations and maintains high standards for patient care across its progressive care and medical units.
