Job Details:

* Work three 12-hour mid-shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
* Holiday shifts required as needed
* Every other weekend required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Patient ratio of 1:5
* 14-room Free Standing ER facility including a Resuscitation Room
* Scrub color: Royal Blue
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Free parking on site
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Travel experience required
* Community hospital experience required
* Previous charge experience preferred
* South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS
* Treat patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Provide care for a wide range of conditions including abdominal pain, acute psychosis, asthma, CVA, drug overdose, seizures, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury
* Perform and assist with procedures including intubation, BiPAP/CPAP management, chest tube management, procedural sedation, and blood product administration
* Manage dysrhythmias, IV vasopressors, continuous IV sedation, and ventilated patients
* Perform phlebotomy, obtain 12-lead EKG/ECG, manage splints, and conduct triage
* Support provided by interdisciplinary teams including phlebotomy and radiology
* Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

This free-standing emergency room facility features 14 patient rooms including a dedicated Resuscitation Room, designed to handle a wide spectrum of emergency cases from minor to life-threatening conditions. The facility utilizes Epic as its charting system and provides interdisciplinary support through phlebotomy and radiology services.
