* Operating Room experience required
* Orthopedic experience required
* Neuro OR experience required (Level 1 or 2 experience)
* Schedule consists of 4x10-hour shifts
* Weekend and weekday call responsibilities required
* On-call every 4th to 5th weekend
* One night per week of on-call required
* Quick start position
* Performance expectations are actively monitored - failure to meet low, mid, or high performer expectations may result in immediate contract termination
