Open Position: RN - PCU ED Hold

Opportunity:

SIMPLIFI CLINICAL INTERVIEWING

Job Details:

* Floating position throughout Auburn (or possibly Covington) to any PCU level patient or below
* Majority of time will be spent in ED overflow
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
* First-time travelers will be considered
* Required skills include cardiac rhythm interpretation, trach and BiPAP management (continuous as long as stable), invasive line management, ostomy, general drains, chest tubes, lumbar drains, and IV medication titration
* Must be able to treat CIWA patients
* EPIC EMR experience required
* Patient types include respiratory distress, ESRD, AKI, COPD, GI bleeds, sepsis, general post-op patients, CVAs, ETOH, overdose, CHF, post Cath or IR, and CIWA
* PCU unit has 33 beds with a 1:4 patient ratio
* Charting system: EPIC (required)
* Scrubs: any color accepted, no camouflage; navy blue preferred
