Open Position: RN - ICU

Opportunity:

SIMPLIFI CLINICAL INTERVIEWING

Job Details:

* Floating position throughout Auburn or possibly Covington to any ICU level patient or below
* Majority of time (75%) will be spent with PCU level patients in ED overflow
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS; CCRN preferred
* Required skills include cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring, vent/trach and BiPAP management, invasive line management, ostomy, general drains, chest tubes, and IV medication titration
* May act as lead in ED holding
* Patient types include respiratory failure, ESRD, AKI, COPD, GI bleeds, DKA, sepsis, general post-op patients, CVAs, ETOH, and overdose cases
* No craniotomies, major traumas, or major cardiothoracic cases
* EPIC EMR experience required; Alaris IV pumps and Pyxis medication dispensing system experience required
* Every other weekend rotation required
* 16 ICU beds
* Scrubs: any color, no camouflage; navy blue preferred
* First-time travelers will be considered
