Job Details:

* Work 3x12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* Weekend rotation required as needed
* No on-call responsibilities
* No floating required
* 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* Must be able to meet the physical demands of working at 7,000 feet elevation
* Scrub color: Any color permitted
* Charting system: Cerner
* Free parking available
* Must adhere to quality and patient safety standards including medication administration (BCMA)
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT
* Arizona license in hand is required at time of submission
* Must be licensed by the Arizona Board of Respiratory Care Examiners with proof of having passed the NBRC as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
* Required skills include: Adult Critical Care, Direct Intubation, Emergency Department, Extubation, Intubation Assist, NICU, Oral Airway Placement, Oral/Nasal Suctioning, Pediatric Critical Care, Pediatrics, Sputum Specimen Collection, and Tracheostomy Care/Management
* Must be available to work 2 recognized holidays during the assignment
* Candidates must work 2 of the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day

This short-term acute care facility is a Teaching and Level I Trauma center with 268 total staffed beds. The facility maintains high standards for patient care and quality, utilizing Cerner for charting and offering free parking for staff. The organization supports a heavy daily census and serves adult patient populations across a range of critical care and specialty units.
