Job Details:

* 8-hour or 12-hour shifts available
* Day/Night rotating schedule with every other weekend and every other holiday required
* No on-call or standby requirements
* Block scheduling available based on need
* No floating requirements
* Scrubs provided
* Orientation shifts provided as needed
* 1 year of nursing experience required
* Previous travel experience not required
* Previous nursing home experience a plus
* Required certification: BLS
* BSN not required
* Charting system: Point Click Care (PCC)
* Medication dispensing via blister pack cards
* Day/Evening shift ratio: 1 nurse, 2-3 CNAs, and 20 residents
* NOC shift ratio: 1 nurse, 2-3 CNAs, and 40 residents
* Perform medication pass, wound care, Foley care, and ostomy care
* Supervise CNAs and TMAs
* Care for residents with diagnoses including COPD, dementia, Parkinson's, MS, and CHF
* No IV or titratable drip responsibilities
* No strip reading required
* Physician available after hours
* No clinical involvement required

Facility:

This long-term care facility is a nursing home attached to a larger healthcare campus that includes an emergency room, lab, imaging, pharmacy, therapy, and a walk-in clinic. The facility houses 38 residents in private rooms and provides comprehensive long-term care services. With an on-site pharmacy and physician availability after hours, the facility is well-equipped to support both residents and nursing staff in delivering high-quality care.
