Opportunity:

RN - Burn Trauma ICU

Job Details:

* Work in a 30-bed Burn Trauma ICU unit located on the 3rd floor of the C Tower
* Patient ratios of 2:1 for ICU and 4:1 for PCU
* 2 weekend shifts required per pay period
* Float to MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or any PCU unit as needed
* Trauma, Burn, or Surgical ICU experience required
* Strong communication and critical thinking skills required
* BSN preferred
* CCRN preferred
* Perform wound care, codes, EVDs, and massive transfusion protocols (MTP)
* Utilize critical care equipment and Burn ICU and Trauma ICU technology
* Document using Meditech EMR system
* Royal blue scrubs required
* Team-oriented attitude with willingness to ask questions and assist others is essential

The unit operates with a robust team of nursing staff and charge nurses across both day and night shifts, maintaining a strong focus on collaborative, team-based patient care. The facility supports a wide range of complex procedures and offers a dynamic environment for experienced critical care nurses.
