Opportunity:

TRAVEL-ER/FSED FLOAT

Job Details:

* 13-week assignment working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* 36 hours per week guaranteed
* Float between main Emergency Department and Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) locations
* Patient ratio of 4:1 in a team nursing environment
* 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week period
* No on-call expectations
* Work in a 32-bed main ED with 10-bed and 12-bed FSED units
* Documentation system: Epic
* Perform procedures including intubation, chest tubes, and central lines
* Work alongside Paramedics, EMTs, and dedicated unit secretaries
* Must have ability to multitask and be flexible
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS or ENPC, CPI
* Active RN license must be in hand at time of submission
* Required dress code: Caribbean Blue scrubs
* Must demonstrate courtesy and attentive listening in accordance with patient experience requirements

This facility operates a robust emergency department featuring a 32-bed main ED alongside multiple freestanding emergency department locations. The unit is supported by a collaborative team nursing model with paramedics, EMTs, and dedicated unit secretaries working together to deliver high-quality patient care. The facility utilizes Epic as its documentation system and performs a wide range of advanced procedures to serve its patient population.
