Job Details:

* Work in a post-acute care setting with shift options including 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM and some 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM shifts
* Both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
* Every other weekend requirement
* Every other holiday requirement
* Location-specific orientation consists of 1 to 2 shifts
* Patient ratios average 1:22
* Charting system: Point Click Care (PCC)
* BSN not required
* BLS Certification required
* Commonly treat patients with dementia, diabetes, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, falls, and those needing ADL assistance
* Two-week notice cancellation policy required

This post-acute care facility operates across multiple units, with one unit housing 20 beds and another housing 22 beds. The facility utilizes Point Click Care (PCC) as its electronic medical records system and provides care for patients with a variety of chronic and complex conditions.
