Open Position: RN - NICU

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2453.92

Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour shifts with day shift hours of 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or night shift hours of 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Every other weekend rotation as required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Minimum 3 years of experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, NRP
* Washington state or compact nursing license required
* Strong IV skills required including assistance with central lines (UAC, PICC, UVC)
* Ventilator experience required
* NAS care experience required including eat, sleep, console treatment, and morphine wean protocols
* Familiarity with Bubble CPAP, high flow, nasal cannula, and neo puff required
* Pediatrics experience strongly preferred
* First-time travelers considered with significant NICU experience
* Care for patients at 26 weeks gestation and higher
* Patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:3 dependent on acuity
* EMR system: Epic
* Floating to Mother Baby or other units as 1:1s or NACs may be required
* Navy blue scrubs provided; personal scrubs permitted but must follow OR suite guidelines when attending deliveries

This 226-bed non-profit community hospital features a 15-bed Level III NICU, providing specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns. The facility is equipped to care for patients from 26 weeks gestation and above, utilizing advanced equipment including Bubble CPAP and ventilators.
