RN - OBGYN Clinic

Job Details:

* Outpatient OBGYN clinic nursing role on a 13-week assignment
* Day shift schedule with no weekend requirements
* No on-call responsibilities required
* 40 guaranteed hours per week
* Minimum 1 year of OBGYN or L&D experience required (L&D experience accepted in lieu of outpatient OBGYN experience)
* EPIC charting system experience required
* Required certification: BLS
* Washington State RN license or Compact license required
* Triage obstetric emergencies over the phone including placenta previa, ectopic pregnancy, and pregnancy-induced hypertension
* Respond to patient inquiries via EPIC and voice messages
* Perform clinic duties related to maternity and gynecological care of women
* Skills required include telephone triage, pap smears, vital signs, medication reconciliation, patient health questionnaire and history, interpretation of laboratory results, and aseptic/sterile procedure tray setup
* May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
* All RTO requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal
