Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1393.60

Opportunity:

LTC C.N.A. - 8/12 hr variable shifts (PER DIEM)

Job Details:

* Per diem position with variable 8 or 12-hour shifts
* Billing schedule runs Monday through Sunday
* 0 guaranteed hours per week
* Weekend and holiday shifts required as needed
* No on-call or call back requirements
* Primary location is a 43-bed long-term care facility and clinic with travel between two sites approximately 25 miles apart
* Night shift staffing consists of 1 nurse and 2 CNAs
* Days/Evenings staffing consists of 1 Charge Nurse handling treatments, PRNs, and narcotics, and 1 nurse or TMA managing medication cart
* Required certifications: Active MN CNA License, AHA BLS
* Minimum 2 years of CNA experience required with at least 1 year in long-term care
* Matrix charting experience preferred
* Must be able to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
* Must be a hard worker, resilient, and able to manage change well
* Scrub colors: work-appropriate solids or prints
* Associate Degree or Certificate required
