Open Position: LPN - LPN

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1919.20

Opportunity:

LTC LPN - 8/12 hr shifts - Per Diem

Job Details:

* Per diem position with 8 or 12-hour shifts available
* Billing period runs Monday through Sunday
* Weekend and holiday availability required as needed
* Float between two facilities located approximately 25 miles apart
* No on-call or call back requirements
* Work in a 43-bed long-term care facility and clinic
* Night shift staffing includes 1 nurse and 2 CNAs
* Day/evening shift includes 1 Charge Nurse handling treatments, PRNs, and narcotics, and 1 nurse or TMA managing medication cart
* Perform treatments, administer PRN and scheduled medications, and manage narcotics as Charge Nurse
* Minimum 2 years RN experience required with at least 1 year in long-term care
* Minnesota LPN license required
* AHA BLS certification required
* Matrix charting experience preferred
* Must be a self-starter who can manage tasks independently and complete them in a timely manner
* Must be resilient and adaptable to change
* Scrub colors: work-appropriate solids or prints
* Associate Degree or Certificate required

This long-term care organization operates two care centers located within close proximity to one another, providing residents with comprehensive long-term care services. The facilities offer a supportive environment focused on quality resident care, with dedicated nursing and care aide teams across all shifts. Providers are expected to work independently and manage their responsibilities efficiently within a structured, team-oriented setting.
