Opportunity:

RN - Med/Surg Tele Float Pool

Job Details:

* Day/Night rotating shifts: 7:00 PM?7:30 AM and 7:00 AM?7:30 PM
* Shifts may be variable based on operational needs of the hospital; facility will do their best to honor preferred shift but reserves the right to rotate if necessary
* 20-week contract for winter coverage; 13-week contracts also accepted
* Potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and ED to care for the same patient population
* Must work at least every other holiday
* 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for is required (preferred within one location but can be combined)
* 18 months of recent Med/Surg Tele experience required; travel experience will suffice
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both is required with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required; references must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months
* All required certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission; pending certifications will not be accepted
