Job Details:

* Block scheduling required
* Every other weekend required
* No on-call required
* Position will float between units
* Scrub color: Any color
* Charting system: Epic
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Washington state license must be in hand at time of submission
* Compact license must be in hand at submission
* At least 1 year of experience required
* Trauma Level I experience preferred
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, RRT
* Provide floor care, ER, code response, and rapid response coverage
* Treat patient age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Preferred patient diagnoses experience: Pediatrics and Adolescents
* Preferred equipment experience: Puritan Bennett, Draeger, Trilogy, LTV1250
* Required skills include: aerosol setup, BiPAP, CPAP, emergency department, extubation, ABG interpretation, nitric oxide, tracheostomy care and management, mechanical ventilation weaning, rapid response, and trauma
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility
* 36 orientation hours required

This facility is a short-term acute care hospital and Level II Trauma Center with Level II Pediatric Trauma Center designation. With 629 total staffed beds and 644 licensed beds, this teaching hospital provides a comprehensive range of services including a Level 4 NICU, Medical ICU, Cardiac ICU, and PICU. The facility is equipped with modern charting technology and offers parking at no cost to staff.
