Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM scheduling)
* 13-week assignment in Respiratory Therapy unit
* Variable patient ratios with 5 RTs on each shift
* 350-bed facility
* Perform ABG draws and analysis, ventilator management, non-invasive ventilation, and high-flow nasal cannula therapy
* Assist with intubation and bronchoscopy procedures
* Provide routine floor care and facilitate intra-hospital transportation
* Work with ventilators including Drager and Hamilton models, BiPAP Hamilton, and V60 equipment
* Document using Meditech system
* Follow AIDET patient experience requirements
* Must have at least Level II trauma experience, pediatric experience, and critical care experience
* Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, NRP, BLS, and RRT or CRT
* Required uniform: Ceil blue scrubs
* Flexible schedule options available with a highly engaged and collaborative team

This regional medical center is a 350-bed facility offering comprehensive acute care services, including Level II trauma care, critical care, and pediatric services. The respiratory therapy department operates with a strong team of five RTs per shift and utilizes advanced equipment and technology.
