RN - Ortho

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Work on an Orthopedic/Spine unit in a 345-bed facility with 3-time Magnet Designation
* Patient ratios of 1:5 on days and nights (varies between units, estimated ratios not guaranteed)
* Work alongside RNs and CNAs on most units
* Utilize Meditech EMR system
* Perform and assist with joint replacements, fracture repairs, and spinal injury care
* Flexibility and willingness to float required
* Team player with compassion is a must
* Minimum 1 year of current acute care Med/Surg/Ortho hospital experience required
* BLS certification required
* ACLS preferred
* Chemo Certification preferred (would allow scheduling on Oncology unit)
