Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation

Job Details:

* Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
* Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
* Must be able to travel to multiple points of care
* Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions causing decline in physical mobility or functional independence
* Provide acute and swing bed rehabilitation services
* Deliver outpatient services including sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and neck, back, and extremity care
