Open Position: Lab Specialist - MLT

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1796.44

Opportunity:

MT/MLT - Medical Laboratory

Job Details:

* 13-week assignment
* Work 3 shifts per week, each shift is 12 hours in length
* Rotating weekend schedule (approximately every 5th weekend)
* Fill in Thursday night shift with ability to pick up additional vacancies
* No on-call responsibilities
* Work holidays on a rotating basis as needed
* Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts within 12 weeks
* Must have graduated from an approved MT or MLT program
* Microbiology experience preferred; gram stains, planting cultures, and blood cultures required if no microbiology experience
* Must be proficient in phlebotomy
* Must be able to perform Blood Bank testing
* Must be able to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Ability to work independently
* Must be able to communicate proficiently
