Job Details:

* Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Every other weekend (EOW) requirement
* Every other major holiday requirement
* No call or standby requirements
* No floating requirements
* Act as charge nurse and pass medications
* Perform wound care procedures
* Care for patients with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
* Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:10 on day shifts and 1:19 on night shifts
* LTC (Long Term Care) experience required
* BLS certification required
* No clinical involvement with IVs or titratable drips
* No telemetry monitoring responsibilities
* Use MatrixCare/Matrix charting system
* 2-3 shifts of unit-specific orientation provided
* No specific scrub color requirements - must be clean and presentable
* No blocked scheduling or self-scheduling available
* BSN not required
