Open Position: RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Opportunity:

TRAVEL- RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

* Work day shifts from 6:45 AM to 4:15 PM with variable pre/post hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Cardiovascular lab hours run from 7:00 AM to 5:15 PM
* On-call requirements include 1-2 call shifts per week and approximately every third weekend (Friday through Sunday)
* Must be housed within 30 minutes of the Cath Lab for on-call availability
* Patient ratio of 3 staff to 1 patient in the Cath Lab procedural area
* Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Cath Lab RN experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
* Work with GE Innova Fluoro Systems and Mac Lab equipment
* EMR system used: Meditech
* Perform procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI, peripheral diagnostic and intervention, pacers, ICDs, cardioversions, TEEs, tilt table tests, and dobutamine stress tests
* Holding experience preferred
* Monitoring experience preferred
* Positive and flexible personality with engagement in high quality patient care preferred

This facility features a Cardiac Cath Lab with 3 holding bays and 2 cath suites, staffed by a high-functioning team of 9 with engaged physicians.
