Physical Therapist

Job Details:

* 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts with an 8:00 AM start time
* Schedule options: Tuesday through Friday or Monday through Thursday
* No weekend or holiday requirements
* Mix of inpatient/acute and outpatient care settings
* Outpatient appointments are 45 minutes in duration
* Inpatient/acute care comprises approximately 40-50% of caseload
* Outpatient ortho clinic is located within an Athletic Club
* Common diagnoses include orthopedic, neurological, and general medical conditions
* Cover outpatient ortho in Athletic Club and acute medical floor
* Work alongside a team of 10 PTs, 5 OTs, and 2 SLPs with Rehab Aides available
* No PTA supervision required
* Business casual dress code required; no denim permitted
* Charting completed in MEDITECH system
* Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience required
* Oregon license required for this assignment
* Valid Driver's License required at time of submittal
* Required certifications: BLS
