Job Details:

* 13-week contract assignment
* 4 shifts per week, 10 hours per shift from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
* On-call requirement of 1 weeknight per week and one weekend per month
* Weekends are on-call rotation
* CVOR CST experience required
* On-call availability required
* Perform cardiovascular surgical procedures including CABG, Aortic/Mitral Valve Repair/Replacement, AAA Endovascular and Open, AV Fistula creation/revision/thrombectomy, HDC, CAPD, BBT, TAVR, TMVR, and MitraClip
* Operate surgical instruments, bovie cautery, EVH video tower, laparoscopic video tower, surgical tourniquet, IABP console, Impella console, cryo system, and patient warming/cooling system
* Use Meditech EMR system
* Scrubs are provided by the facility
* Ideal candidate is mature, teamwork-oriented, flexible with scheduling, punctual, and maintains good attendance

Facility:

This specialized cardiovascular facility operates on the first floor of the main hospital building and is dedicated to providing advanced cardiac and vascular surgical care. The unit is equipped with state-of-the-art surgical technology and supports a wide range of complex cardiovascular procedures. The facility maintains a collaborative and experienced surgical team environment with permanent positions available for CVOR CSTs.
